This plan is for the business that wants someone always available for its website visitors and customers. You can choose to take chats yourself and have us take them when you're not available. Or you can choose to have us take all the chats, all the time.
This plan provides a sales & service chat associate on your website, 7 days-a-week and 24 hours-a-day. We manage your chat system and provide chat associates to assist your customers. You simply tell us how you'd like us to engage and serve your customers.
This plan includes:

Initial Chat System Configuration
Once you subscribe to this plan, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a 30 minute web/phone session to choose your configuration. Once your chat system is configured, you will receive an email containing the HTML chat code for your website.
You simply follow the instructions and copy & paste the code onto your website. Once the code is on your website, your chat will be ready to go live.
Initial Wiki System Configuration
We use a wiki (knowledgebase) to guide our chat agents in serving your website visitors and customers. It is simply a collection of webpages that contain procedures, Frequently-Asked-Questions, How-Tos and other information about your business.
You will receive an email with a link to your wiki account. It will be populated with our standard procedures for our chat agents. You will be responsible for maintaining the wiki's content.
User Training Session
The user training session covers the basic user features of the chat system. The goal of the session is to quickly get you comfortable with chat so that you can get the most value from live-chat.
The training session, up to 60 minutes in length, will cover:
- the chat agent screen
- how-to monitor visitors
- how-to accept chats
- how-to initiate chats
- how-to run reports
- how-to use the wiki
- how-to run chat reports
- best practices
Chat User License
Your subscription includes a BoldChat (concurrent) user license. You need a license for each user who will be logged into BoldChat at the same time. For example, you can have many people identified as users within your account but if only one person is logged in at a time, then you only need 1 (concurrent) user license.
