A: For those Do-It-Yourself businesses, live chat can be installed and configured within a day or two. For those businesses that would like us to take chats for them, we can begin within 3 to 5 days.
Q: Am I billed for every chat?
A: No. You are only billed for chat-minutes when a chat has more than one message. In other words, the visitor and the chat associate must exchange at least one message each.
Q: Is there a long-term commitment to use your services?
A: Our services are month-to-month. Our goal is to keep you as a customer because of the value of our services. You may cancel service at anytime with 14 days written notice.
Q: If cancel early in the month, will I be refunded any money?
A: No. We will have put staff in-place to support your website for the month and will continue to incur their expense through the month.
Q: Why are your bundled services are annual subscriptions.
A: We bundled services to help businesses subscribe to our services without a high-startup cost. Even though it is an annual commitment, you may still cancel at anytime.
Q: How do I cancel a bundled service?
A: You may cancel at anytime with 14-days written notice. Your subscription will terminate at the end of that month. You will be responsible for unpaid services through the end of the month and you will incur an early termination fee for the prorated amount of the start-up.
